PLEASE NOTE: TU Dresden's new corporate design will only be used for all certificate documents (certificates, transcripts, diploma supplements, etc.) from 1 April 2026 onwards!
ATTENTION: From the winter semester 2024/2025, registered examinations must be cancelled no later than 3 working days before the examination date (in accordance with the Senate resolution TU Dresden of 12 June 2024).
Registration for Examinations
You need to register via HISQIS for all examinations (incl. protocols, presentations, term papers, ...). If you are not registered, examinations are not accepted. Registration during a lesson or via OPAL is not an official registration . If you have any problems with registration, please come to our office immediately.

Transfer of Academic Credits / Exam Results
To have coursework or exam results from abroad or from another degree program recognized, you must submit an application to the Examination Committee or the Examination Office. You can find the appropriate application form under “Forms and Applications.” Instructions for filling out the forms are provided directly on the forms themselves.

All students are assigned an email address by TU Dresden at the start of their first semester. The Examination Office and instructors will use this email address to communicate urgent information (such as schedule changes, etc.).
