Save the date: Online Workshop – Finding and Publishing Earth and Environmental Data

Finding and publishing Earth and Environmental Data can be challenging due to the fragmented landscape of data repositories and other services. In this online workshop, we will introduce key aspects of discovering, evaluating, and sharing Earth System Science data, with a particular focus on early-career researchers and those new to the field.
Participants will:

Learn how to efficiently find high-quality datasets for data-driven research, including data from both scientific and governmental sources.
Learn how to select appropriate disciplinary repositories for publishing research data, with a focus on FAIR principles and Open Science practices.

The workshop will provide practical guidance and resources to help participants navigate the data landscape and make informed decisions about finding and sharing Earth and Environmental Science data. We will introduce our NFDI4Earth OneStop4All (https://onestop4all.nfdi4earth.de) as one service to discover data and repositories.
