Program Content
In the Bachelor’s program in Business Education and Management Training, you will explore how to effectively teach economic concepts to various target groups in a way that promotes long-term learning. In addition to Business Administration and Economics, the program also covers education and psychology, enabling you to identify and scientifically analyze issues in both Business Administration and Economics as well as in education.
Two specializations are available: While the track in Corporate Training and Personnel Development (Track I) has a stronger focus on Business Administration and Economics, the track in Vocational Teacher Education in Economics and Administration (Track II) includes a general education component that prepares you for a future teaching career.

Career Prospects
Even with just a bachelor’s degree in Business Education and Management Training, many entry-level career opportunities are open to you. You can work in corporate training and continuing education or in business and administrative departments of companies (e.g., human resources), or pursue a career in adult education outside of schools or in educational administration, to name a few examples.
In addition, as a graduate of any major, you naturally have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge and continue your studies in the Master’s program in Business Education and Management Training at the faculty. Advanced specialized knowledge is not only a great advantage when it comes to leadership roles in companies or public administration.
