Key CompetenciesIntercultural Communication
To pursue successful careers in translational research, scientific key competencies and a thriving network are as essential as methodological expertise. The Dresden School of Clinical Science (DSCS) meets this need with the seminar series "Clinical Science Key Competencies".
Working in academia almost always involves collaborating with people of different nationalities. Intercultural skills are essential if we are to achieve scientific success together. Following the great interest we have received in the topic of Intercultural Communication, we are delighted to announce that we have gained Ms. Jyotika Dalal as a trainer, coach, and mentor for this important topic. With her expertise and experience, she will provide valuable insights and practical guidance on how to communicate effectively across cultures and international environments.
This seminar is particularly aimed at early career researchers. However, we invite scientists at all career levels to get inspired by the teaser talks from local experts and to enjoy networking with peers and possible mentors. Join us at the MITS (House 92). We look forward to see you!
If the topic you are passionate about is missing and should be included in next year’s key competencies, please get in touch with us at dscs@tu-dresden.de.
