Recognition of Academic and Examination Achievements
Note: If , for the admission and enrollment process into a higher academic semester, you need a certificate of credit transfer in accordance with Section 6(8) of the Enrollment Regulations of the TUD Dresden University of Technology to submit to the Admissions Office, your application for the recognition of academic achievements, examination results, and periods of study (semesters) must be submitted in full to the Examination Office no later than June 1 through June 15 or December 1 through December 15, respectively. If the application for credit transfer is received after this deadline or is incomplete, the Examination Committee will not be able to process it in a timely manner. In this case, the credit transfer certificate—which may be required for your application to a higher academic semester—cannot be issued within the deadlines of the admissions and enrollment process.
For identical degree programs, the transfer of academic and examination credits is processed automatically. The verification of program equivalence is also carried out automatically as part of the application/enrollment process.
Applying for a credit transfer certificate does not replace the application submitted through the Admissions Office / International Student Office.
